For NEW clients we require you submit PRIOR TAX RETURNS in addition to your W-2 and any other additional tax forms. 

​

For RETURNING clients you do NOT need to submit prior tax returns, however you still must submit all relevant tax forms (W-2, 1099, 1098, etc.)

Failure to submit your documents will result in the CANCELLATION of your appointment, NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you DO NOT have access to your documents DO NOT book an appointment until you have them or your appointment will be cancelled, NO EXCEPTIONS.
